Home Education

Working with groups of home educated children is extremely rewarding. These children have the time and freedom to explore their world and discover their strengths in a playful and open environment.

During Home Ed sessions, children are involved in all aspects of setting up basecamp, lighting fires, cooking and decision making. Learners are encouraged to help and learn from each other. 

Our aim is to build a community of outdoor learners and nature mentors, to complement and enhance the existing Home Education networks in and around County Wicklow.
