Barefoot and Wild commits to protecting the privacy of the data you share with me and will only use it for the purposes of the Forest School Sessions that you or your child attends. The following outlines these purposes:
- Holding contact details so that if necessary or in an emergency I have appropriate contact details.
- Holding date of birth and medical information as appropriate for the safety of your child during Forest School sessions.
- Holding your email address so that I can contact you regarding current and future events.
The privacy of your information is important to me and I will use appropriate methods to ensure its security. I will not share your (or your child's) personal information with third parties except where required to do so by law or where it is necessary to do so to enable me to carry out the Forest School Sessions or where the data is required by a competent authority.
I will retain personal information that I collect from you only for as long as I require it to carry out my services to you or as may be required by law or under relevant legal procedures.
It is necessary that I have your consent to retain and process your data to ensure that I can maintain contact with you about current and future events.
